You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. 80jili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 80jili Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 80jili reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any Balances or Bonuses associated with such Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 80jili Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 80jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
80jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
80jili is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
The 80jili Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):
Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted on the 80jili Platform, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 80jili reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change at 80jili's discretion with reasonable notice to Users.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 80jili Account. Before processing any withdrawal, 80jili may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
80jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 80jili are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
80jili actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is detected, 80jili reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the Account.
80jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to User Accounts in accordance with the original promotion terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 80jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the 80jili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 80jili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 80jili.
Any unauthorized use of 80jili's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 80jili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 80jili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Disclaimer: The 80jili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

80jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination for cause, 80jili may forfeit any Balance or Bonuses in your Account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your 80jili Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and wagering requirements on active Bonuses.
80jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 80jili Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and 80jili, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 80jili from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
